DISCLAIMER: To maintain the freshness of the meals we have cut down to four(4) meals. All food is prepared fresh each week. No preservatives, additives, or chemicals are used in preparing meals.  


WELCOME! Meal Prep weekly are lunches/dinners already made for you. All you have to do is select your four (4) dishes from the MEAL PREP MENU below. There are 25 menu items.  Beginning of each month you can sign up for the month of meals and/or frozen fruit bombs. Your meals are placed in a glass($30) or plastic($5) containers. You choose which one you prefer.

The FOOD FITNESS YOU KITCHEN prepares only whole food plant-based meals. No animal by-products of any sort in the dishes.
We hope these meal preps make it easier for you to implement plant-based dishes into your daily routine. There are many benefits to eating more plants and one of those is more fiber. When starting out please drink plenty of water to keep the fiber moving along.  If you are not used to eating these many plants, know it does take time to adjust.  To truly get the benefit of Plant-based meals try it for a month, your taste buds start opening up and your palate will begin to change.  Open up your comfort zone to many foods. Change it up each week by choosing 2-3 other dishes you haven’t tried yet.

Most of the menu items are gluten-free. PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO USE NUTS & SEEDS: CASHEWS, WALNUTS, PINE NUTS, PECANS, MACADAMIA NUTS, HEMP, PUMPKIN, SESAME SEEDS.  
A lot of our dishes use onions, garlic, bell peppers for added seasoning to the dishes, asking us to eliminate something that is finely chopped is trying to find a needle in a haystack.
