At FoodFitnessYou we only prepare whole food plant-based meals. No animal by-products of any sort in the dishes. We started in November 2017 and have trialed many versions of our meal prep. We offer a wide variety of dishes curated over the past 2 years. With 25 different options we are able to satisfy breakfast, lunch and even your sweet tooth. We hope you enjoy the convenience of quality, fresh prepared meals each week.
We hope these meal preps make it easier for you to implement plant-based dishes into your daily routine. There are many benefits to eating more plants and one of those is more fiber. When starting out please drink plenty of water to keep the fiber moving along. If you are not used to eating these many plants, know it does take time to adjust. To truly get the benefit of Plant-based meals try it for a month, your taste buds start opening up and your palate will begin to change. Open up your comfort zone to many foods. Change it up each week by choosing 2-3 other dishes you haven’t tried yet.

Most of the menu items are gluten-free. PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO USE NUTS & SEEDS: CASHEWS, WALNUTS, PINE NUTS, PECANS, MACADAMIA NUTS, HEMP, PUMPKIN, SESAME SEEDS.
A lot of our dishes use onions, garlic, bell peppers for added seasoning to the dishes, asking us to eliminate something that is finely chopped is trying to find a needle in a haystack.
